Driving Innovation: A Human-Centered Approach
Innovation in businesses, especially product management and consulting, starts with understanding people, not just markets. In this 30-minute introductory workshop, you’ll explore how human-centered design helps teams uncover unmet needs (user research and design frameworks), generate stronger ideas (ideation), and move quickly from insight to action (prototyping).
